    To keep my skin healthy, I make sure to drink nearly 2 gallons of water daily, ( that seems like a lot but it's needed!) And I also moisturize twice daily.

    A tip I hear all the time, but never really follow myslef, is to drink a lot of water 🙂  It hydrates your skin from the inside out 🙂

    Using SPF every day will prevent wrinkles and dark spots, while dark spot correctors can reduce the appearance of marks over time.

    I never, ever touch my face with my fingertips. If my nose itches, I rub it with the back of my hand. I never rub or scratch my lips, either. If I do, I get a fever blister within a few days. I also don't wear make-up.

    After years of suffering from eczema, I dumped dairy and it CURED me.  Doctors never mentioned that food could be an issue.

    Wear sunscreen and sun glasses in warm weather.  I live in a warm climate all year round and this is a must if you are ever to go out.

    Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.

    Do not use tanning beds and when out in the sun use sunscreen. Do not smoke, drink plenty of water!

    Here's a trick worth trying….When you feel s breakout around the chin area/face area, use a bit of any type of plain white toothpaste to stop the break before it gets too red and sore.  This will dry up any pimple, works everytime.
