    We have started using vinegar and baking soda a lot to clean around the house. It's surprising that it often gets better results than a chemical cleaner!

    What are you doing to live a more "green" lifestyle?  I am using cloth diapers on my grand daughter.  I resue the plastic coffee cans for storing things.  I recycle aluminum and glass. I make most of my house hold cleaners.

    I recycle EVERYTHING I can, from plastic, to paper and I use old worn clothes to make something useful out of them. I also try to use a more friendly, less chemical approach to cleaning.

    We try to eat organic as much as possible.  We also shop locally and use reusable grocery bags instead of paper or plastic.  We buy green products often.

    I bought a water filtration pitcher so I an refill my water bottle instead of buying plastic.
