Our family is one who loves cookies especially my daughter who specifically love chocolate chip cookies. Too bad, I haven’t ventured yet into baking that’s why I cannot make some for her.
I recently discovered an extraordinary kind of cookies, Big Cookie, and they sent me samples so that I can try and share my views about it.
Big Cookie began a few years ago when owner, civil engineer Aaron Brilliant discovered the right combination of ingredients and baking process to create an ideal taste sensation of a cookie. He realized that making cookies was his calling and later on quit his engineering job and set up a shop.
Big Cookie are individually wrapped cookies, which I think is a plus factor to keep its freshness. Every Big Cookie is a thumping 2.63 ounces! I was sent one each of their three best sellers-Big Chocolate Trifecta, Big Smooth Butterscotch Walnut and Bi Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Harvest.
They were not concocted by a top chef, a culinary master or a famous bakery. Instead Big Cookies are the handiwork of a civil engineer named Aaron Brilliant — a guy who started baking on a dare, and became fascinated with figuring out how to perfect the right combination of ingredients and baking processes to create the ideal taste sensation.
The verdict? We all know that even the best packaging still make cookies crumble, but Big Cookies secured its cookies in a little box with shredded paper as cushion as a result, I was amazed that the cookies came in perfect condition.
The three sample sent to me has different distinct tastes. You can totally say that these cookies are made with the finest ingredients and baked to perfection. They are moist and tasty, and you can even tell the ingredients as you eat them-so yummy. Among the three samples given to me, (well I love them all) because of the subtle sweetness, no to sweet which is perfectly fine. My favorite is the Butterscotch Walnut.
Since the cookies are big enough, we had it for dessert and had an ample share for each one not until we found our princess hiding behind the closet with the share of her cookies.
