Going away and moving forward! This is my battlecry right now. As I’m about to face a new chapter of my life-the start our life together (full story here) I just can’t help but feel so grateful with the outpouring blessings. In lieu of this, I will be having some giveaways in this blog and my other blog in the coming days as thanksgiving.

I am a breastfeeding advocate. In fact, I have been breastfeeding my daughter for almost 15months now. So far, I have maintained my milk supply enough to sustain her needs till now. I know most especially for first time moms like me that sometimes it is difficult to engage in breastfeeding most especially in public. That is why I am giving away a Baby Bond Nursing Cover (Couture in Espresso, RV $35) for breastfeeding and expectant moms as well.

BabyBond Couture™ is adjustable creating a custom fit as your body changes after baby arrives. A hybrid between nursing top and belly band, it can be worn to nurse from the top or the bottom of your shirt so it works with your entire wardrobe. When worn like a sash, it functions like a nursing top. When worn like a belt, it functions like a belly band. Rolls up into self-storing pouch.(from www.babybondnursing.com)

Instructions : Giveaway is open to Philippine residents only and will run from March 28 12:01 EST  until April 1 12:01 AM EST. Winner will be announced and will be contacted by email after and will be given 48 hours to respond.  Please use the form below for your entries. Best of luck to everyone!

It was my first time to breast feed my son in public and I feel so uncomfortable since he doesn't want to be covered by anything.. lol.. well, good thing now he can understand why do we need to cover him while he is being fed. 🙂 hahahaha

it was Christmas eve when I have to feed her inside the church, while at mass since she woke up and asking for milk. I felt so embarrassed since it was Chritmas eve and there were a lot of people, literally crowd in there.

I breastfed my son for 22 months and those were really special times with my son. One of the most unforgettable moments was when I had to breastfeed my son in the CR because there were no breastfeeding stations available!

though i was determined to breastfeed, i was not prepared with the necessary accesories. so after giving birth and as i was wheeled out of the hospital, my baby started crying for milk. no choice, i breastfed in public with no cover at all!

I still remember the first time my daughter and I tried breastfeeding together after she was born. Just watching her instinctively know what to do and feeling like I was the only thing she needed (well, my milk at least)!

Sorry about this, but I just read that it's only open to residents in the Philippines…now I feel dumb, especially if I actually "win!"
