I quit making New Year resolutions a long time ago.  For me they don't work.  Perhaps I wasn't honest with my resolutions in the past.  Today I live with whatever life has to offer.  I'm much happier that way.

Resolutions don't work in my experience.  You really just want to make a change in your life or not and a certain date doesn't make that magically happen.   There will be mistakes but you learn from them and move onward instead of dwelling on messing up some notion of all or nothing.

MyNY resolution is for my husband and myself to pay off our debt before we buy a new home. We just sold our house in December. Our NY resolutions were to spent more time together and to pay things off. We did okay but not great. It's a work in progress.
