I suffer through. : (
I have never found a great pillow, my mattress is old and saggy in the middle. My neck and back are sore almost all the time, but my knee problems far outweigh that soreness. So, I usually sit or lay to accommodate my knee rather than my neck or back.

It has been really hard for me to find good support my only other option would be getting a really good expensive mattress!
